Mattzz's
Matthew wrote an essay for a school project, which EVERY year the school does this, and EVERY year we dread doing the assignment. Well, funny thing...Matthews essay won this year! He was won of 100 students to win a $100 scholarship from a local bank to use towards college tuition. We are very proud of you Matthew!
He wrote about becoming a Chef, and opening his own restaurant and only serve Gourmet Pancakes all day long! It was really quite funny, but he wrote it all himself! Maybe one day we can get free breakfast all day long and have the Ultimate Hawaiian Pancake at Mattzz's.
